Overview
Assignment Purpose: Research and data related to body image and wellness continues to grow. Due to the time and content constraints of this 7.5 week course, some topic explanations and coverage have (unfortunately) been limited. The purpose of this assignment is to create a research symposium of current related data and literature, in which we have the opportunity to explore relevant and important topics in this field.
Conduct a review of the literature. You must use ASU LIBRARY SEARCH to source your article.
Do not use popular entertainment magazines, as these are not academic sources.
Locate research and/or publications which highlight concepts related to body image and wellness to help inform the work of health professionals (any concept of your choice). Choose a topic that is most interesting to you for sharing with your peers. Here are areas of interest from past students. You may choose one of these topics or choose your own:

- Body image and diet culture/nutrition

- Body image in the elderly
