Using the PDSA Cycle #1

Overview

In this assignment, you will apply the Plan-Do-Study-Act (PDSA) cycle to your ongoing DNP project. You will complete two PDSA cycles, one during Week 3 and the other during Week 7 of your implementation phase. This exercise will help you reflect on your project's progress, identify areas for improvement, and make adjustments in real-time.

You are required to submit your completed PDSA cycle template for each cycle (Week 3 and Week 7), along with a brief reflection on the outcomes and any changes made during the process.
