Kouzes, J. M., & Posner, B. Z. (2017). The leadership challenge: How to make extraordinary things happen in organizations (6th ed.). John Wiley & Sons.
In clinical, when I worked with students in the ICU, it became necessary for me to make a conscious effort to point out the positives that a student had performed throughout a shift; since it is not in my nature to congratulate a student on performing a task that they were expected to know. But a little reinforcement can go a long way in helping to calm fears and bring out the best in students.
How do you reinforce positive behavior, what specific actions do you take, and do you respond better with a little positive recognition? What do the authors have to say about this???
Pose a question to your fellow classmates that demonstrates you did more than simply skim this week's reading assignment.
The reference mentioned above is the reference from the book , please use that as one reference. My professor wants material from the book as well and also from outside source.
