This assignment is intended to help you learn to do the following:
- Identify health promotion and prevention in primary care across the lifespan.
- Apply strategies to accurately and concisely present clinical findings and care plans, orally and in written documentation.

Let’s take the information you have gathered a bit further. Keep in mind that you may not have all of the information and data you need, but this exercise will prepare you for the upcoming units, including the clinical experience next term.
Action Items
- Based on your interactions with the student who answered the questions that you asked as the nurse practitioner in the first discussion this week, develop responses to the following regarding what you learned about Craig. Post to the discussion board:
- History of present illness
- Past medical history (if you were able to obtain in from the previous exercise)
- Review of systems (if you were able to obtain in from the previous exercise)
- Problem list (at least 3) with a brief rationale as to why you chose them
- Choose a new classmate who does not yet have any comments. Provide feedback. Specifically note what you feel the student did well and why. Point out something you might add or do differently and why. Be tactful.
