Overview
In this week's discussion, I want you to begin a conversation with someone, other than a respiratory therapist, on your healthcare team where you work. Conduct an interview with a nurse, physician, or other allied health professional about a cardiovascular issue common to your Patient Population of Practice (PPoP). Identify a few stem questions that will help shed light on how other healthcare team members consider their role when cardiovascular collapse occurs.

- In your initial post, identify the team member you interviewed and their role. Provide a summary of the conversation and the connections made to the cardiovascular issues common to your PPoP.
