You are to create a final video project answering the questions below while following the guidelines expressed in the Final Video Project.
Video Prompt: While interviewing for a new management position you are asked to "explain, in detail, your personal leadership philosophy providing personal examples of what qualities you feel you would bring to an organization to make it better, what you look for in a new hire, how you would go about firing an employee, how you plan to motivate current employees under your supervision and finally what are your greatest weaknesses as a manager". Provide a detailed, well-thought-out, supported by literature (textbook & external sources) response to the interviewer's questions; be sure to include in your answer new knowledge developed within this course. And yes YOU need to be included in the video as the example provided demonstrates.
