Overview
Using as a reference the following document, we need to complete an extra day for each of the first four weeks of the implementation phase of the DNP project. Also, we need to add evidence of the completion for each day, for example educational flyer, a signature log, charts, graphs, etc. Those evidence documents can be annexed at the end of the template.
