Overview
It's too long. I should be 10 pages of narrative, plus the cover page and the reference list. Yours is 1.25 page long for the text. You can trim back what you wrote by taking out the SWOT table (not required), and the sub-headings (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunites, Threats, Application of 3rd Party info, Integration of Personal interview, Trigger Event). Also, change the textbook tools heading to Discussion. The heading on top of page 2 is not needed. All these things can help make your paper fit within 10 pages if you eliminate them. Other fixes needed: I don't see a running head. Look this up to see how to do it. It's part of the header function. I also think you need one more reference source. I like to see at least three besides the textbook. For the reference sources, review the proper way to italicize source titles. References heading is not centered.
