Dispositions: Why Do They Matter?
In this Assignment, you will be introduced to all of the 10 Key Professional Dispositions. The dispositions can be demonstrated, or not, in a variety of ways among both students and professionals. This Assignment will help you better understand not only what the dispositions are but also their importance in both academic and professional settings.
Additionally, the disposition of accountability is highlighted. Accountability refers to accepting personal contributions to academic, skills, and comportment deficiencies and acting responsibly to enhance professional effectiveness. You will be given the opportunity to consider how you can take ownership of your opportunities for growth regarding the dispositions and identify steps towards fully embracing the disposition of accountability.
