- It is extremely important to note that regardless of how much one plans for a perfect implementation, challenges and barriers most likely will occur. Please share your insights on the journey so far, highlighting key milestones, challenges, and, most importantly, the strategies you've employed to address them. How has your understanding evolved, and what lessons have you learned as you move from the approval stage through the exciting phase of executing your interventions or practice changes?
