• Consider which of your personal traits align with leadership competencies.

• Identify your personal characteristics and skills and the related competency traits for ACHE Competency assessment.
• Document what areas you would like to professionally and personally learn and grow in. What are short and long-term goals for accomplishing these? How do you see the development of these areas benefitting you within your career? What areas have you noticed in other leaders that you hope to develop within the future and how would they impact your leadership abilities?
