Consider the Key Performance Indicators (KPI) used for each of the four components of the scorecard (financial performance, customers, internal process, and organizational capacity). In the provided balanced scorecard worksheet, list potential KPI's for each of the four components based on the scorecard descriptions of potential KPI's. Consider where the data for that KPI would come from (EHR, ect), the frequency that you would collect that data and the person accountable for ensuring success of that portion of the balanced scorecard (as outlined by the template) Then, write a 2 page scenario where a health organization would use the balanced scorecard methodology with each of the listed components to reach goals around finance, customers, internal processes and organizational capacity.
