Step-by-Step Instructions
- Drawing on your knowledge and experience select a therapeutic intervention that your PPOP would benefit from.
- Write a script for an educational session directed to your PPoP regarding that intervention.
- Be sure to include the goal, outcome for that session and a method to check their understanding.
- Incorporate resources and/or practice from local context as appropriate
- Assess the script through a readability analysis tool listed under the assignment resources. Your goal is to remain below a Flesh-Kincaid Grade level of 5.0.
- Copy and Paste the Flesch Reading Ease and the Flesch-Kincaid Grade Level scores to the bottom of the script.
- After completing your script include an explanation of why you chose the educational strategy and why you think it will be an effective method of communication.
- What cultural and or communication considerations did consider while developing your script?
- Submit the script via a word document
For this assignment, your need to confirm your script is written below a Flesh-Kincaid Grade level of 5.0. Below you will find two resources that can be used for evaluating the reading level of your script- Direction for Microsoft Word Readability is available for Microsoft 365, Older versions of Office and Older versions for macOS.
