Overview
1. For this assignment you will complete a small-scale literature review with an annotated bibliography on the following topic: How are risk and complexity related to project quality management?
Locate two scholarly articles, dating back no later than 5-years.
Write a one-page annotated bibliography of the two articles.
As a guide, the finished review should be approximately 250 – 300 words (approximately 1-page) total in length not including the bibliography. Font should be Times New Roman, 12 pt.
Include a title page with the date, your name and the assignment name.
Use File Naming Convention: Year Month Day_Last Name_First Name_Assignment Name

2. In the initial discussion post, respond to the following prompts:
- List the top three risks that you have identified for your individual project.
- How did you identify these risks?
- What will be your response to these risks?
- How you will manage the risks throughout the project management life cycle to ensure maximum quality.
- Risk management plays a role in quality. Share a link to a recent news article depicting a situation where risk assessment and response had a direct impact on quality. Explain why you feel the article depicts a situation where risk impacted quality.
