Care Plan powerpoint

Using the Care Plan Template you will have the opportunity to create a Respiratory Therapy Care Plan to be executed in an Alternative Setting. You will create a PowerPoint Presentation with audio (video is optional) and share your Care Plan and educational script with your peers. The presentation should include all of the information located on the Care Plan Template. The presentation should not exceed 15 minutes but should address all categories of the care plan and educational script. After completing your presentation you will complete a peer review on 2 of your fellow students. The review will include the grading rubric and additional comments you have regarding their presentation.

3. Using your completed Care Plan Template create a PowerPoint Presentation showcasing your Care Plan
   • Highlight the rationale for selecting the alternative setting for your PPOP
   • Include a short description of the education needs in that alternative setting and include a method to check for patient comprehension
