First Page: Develop either a WBS or a GANTT chart that details the work that needs to be done, and the time involved for all work related to your project. You may include work that has already been done or is nearly complete, such as IRB materials and permissions. 2-3 written pages (including the WBS or GANTT diagram), using APA format- note: you only need to submit the detailed WBS or GANTT chart, no other text is needed!
Next Page: Identify and describe your stakeholders. Why are they your stakeholders? What type of stakeholders are they? How and how often will you communicate with them? What information will be communicated to them, and when? 1-2 written pages, using APA format.
Stakeholders are within my employer. Consisting of the Administration, the Director, and the Assistant Director of the hospital, the Director of Psychology and Psychiatry, the DON Director of Nursing, along with QAPI (Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement). Monthly meetings will be held with written communication via email.

• Information on staff burn out.
• Leadership improvement, etc., etc.
Finally, conduct and describe a SWOT analysis of the site (the environment & the system- internal and external attributes), including the stakeholders that are relevant to your project. 2-3 written pages (including the SWOT diagram), using APA format.
