I just wanted to ask for your help with a couple of issues I’ve come across in the NIV audit Excel sheet:
- NIV within 60 minutes calculation
I’ve entered the date and time for NIV initiation, but the “within 60 minutes (Yes/No)” field is not populating automatically. I’m not sure if the formula is missing or not applied correctly. Would you mind checking and updating this so it calculates automatically? - NIV start location dropdown
In the column for “Where was NIV started,” the first few rows (around 5–6) don’t seem to have the dropdown list available, although it appears in the rest of the sheet. I’ve checked the original file and it seems to be the same there, so I just wanted to flag it.
