1. Review Chapter 4 text including HIS migration planning, Strategic Initiatives, and business planning.
2. Building upon Exercise 4–1, for the HIS Planning Framework described in Exercise 4–1, break each quadrant down into strategic initiatives comprising the projects needed to accomplish the development of the application systems described in each quadrant.
3. Define the outline for the business plan for one of those strategic initiatives.
