- Describe an interesting case or a case that you have never seen before/ a child with unknown rash on bilateral lower extremities and buttock/ rash not consistent with ear nose and throat disease. /child with enlarged lymph node to right neck, mother states it has been present for a while. Node get enlarged when he is ill. Node is mobile and round. Patient in with respiratory symptoms, mild sore throat, throat severly erythematous. both strep and flu negative. diagnosed with tonsilitis.
