Predicting what outcomes may be anticipated if the proposed policies are implemented.

Discuss how the proposed policies might improve or worsen the identified problem.

Apply the evaluative criteria listed by Colins (2005) to each of the 3 proposed policies.

Essay should be 5-7 pages excluding the cover page and reference page, APA formatting is required, and at least 4 scholarly sources used. See the rubric for point allotment.
