For this assignment, you will appraise interdisciplinary approaches to organizational and system change through evidence-based practice. Using your previous PICOT question, move your idea forward by writing a grant proposal for funding the proposed project. Remember to keep the goal/s realistic, simple, and feasible.
This should be a simple, measurable project proposal. This should be a project you have been passionate about and have a vision for improvement. To move the proposed project forward, you need to ask for funding and or budget approval to support your vision.
