I hope you enjoy my research presentation on North Carolina State Board of Dental Examiners v. FTC. I would love to hear your thoughts on few questions related to the case and to your own experience.

Would you feel comfortable getting your teeth whitened at a mall kiosk for half the price, or would you only trust a licensed dentist for this type of service. Have any of you ever had your teeth whitened by a non-dentist provider or used an at home whitening kit? If so, what was your experience like?

Do you believe the Dental board had valid health and safety concerns but failed to follow proper procedures? And to what extent is the State responsible for the active supervision over the Board's actions?
