Sometimes, it is hard to know what is causing the problem or how to address a problem until you examine the evidence and figure it out. Trying to figure this out on your own can be very difficult. The good news is that there are quality control tools available that can help make the process of decision making and problem solving easy. When these tools are carefully utilized, decision making improves, problem solving becomes more efficient, and the company's products or services might benefit.
Imagine that you are the production manager and your company is receiving several complaints about the quality of your company's products. You need to act quickly to decipher the root cause of these quality issues. You decided to research quality control tools to help you solve this problem.
