Overview
Respond to the following statements in your own words. Your responses should include specific examples and should incorporate concepts and terms from Chapters 3 and 4 in your textbook.
Managers play a key role in ethics in an organization. Managers are responsible for setting an example of ethical behavior and helping employees make ethical choices, and helping employees follow through and behave ethically after making an ethical choice. In carrying out these responsibilities, managers can use the best-ratio approach, black-and-white approach, or full-potential approach.
Using at least two external references besides text book and research an organization of managers that use these approaches and present your findings. In doing so, explain a manager's role with regards to creating an ethical environment.
