Cases are used to analyze current IS development practices and issues. Case analyses and discussions are a critical part of the course. It’s critical that each of us contributes to the discussion so that we can share insights and experiences and collectively learn new ideas and usable principles. Good discussions and learning are founded on adequate preparation. Try to relate the cases to the concepts and frameworks you learned in class as well as to your own work experience.
Six analysis write-ups (two different cases by three students) from my previous classes. They were different cases with different questions. Please use these only to see how to approach case write-ups. Try to keep your own style and critical thinking.

Your case analysis should reflect your critical thinking and takeaways from the case, and will be evaluated based on three criteria:
- How well did you read the case
- How well (relevance and completeness) did you answer the case questions
- How much did you bring, and share your unique observations and insights from your working experience
