You have been provided with a data set (uploaded to StatCrunch in the non-graded activity in Module One) and a list of health questions that could be studied using the provided data set.

Specifically, you must address the following critical elements:
- Introduction
- State the overall health question you chose to address in your own words. Be certain to capture the key elements of the question, using language that a nontechnical audience can understand.
- Describe the public health importance of your chosen disease and how using electronic medical records (EMR) would improve healthcare quality for this population.
