Overview
In Module 1, you will establish the foundation for the report by applying what you learned from your Public Health, Epidemiology, and Health Statistics courses to do the following:
- Discuss the importance of epidemiology and statistics in driving public health understanding, decisions, and practice.
- Provide an example of how epidemiology and public health statistics led to effective public health interventions, outcomes, or improved health status.
- Provide an example of how lack of epidemiology and public health statistics led to poor public health interventions, outcomes, or unintended consequences.
