• Describe vital aspects of the provider to paint an accurate and comprehensive overview that includes areas such as its EHR and compliance practices and procedures.

• Identify how the errors could have been prevented. Were the errors intentional or accidental? What compliance activities could prevent this situation from occurring?
• Develop a corrective action plan, including non-compliance triggers.
