Kelley talks about a “Black Radical Imagination” where we don’t just focus on the struggles (i.e. struggles of Black people) but also how can we imagine, what do we want our world to look like after we resolve the struggles? Three student examples of decolonizing from my classes: beauty standards, Disney shows/media, and hip hop (music).
