- e) indicate how your argument fits in with arguments made by other historians. This is not the place to provide a full and lengthy summary of your Supreme Court case, though you might wish to pick an intriguing detail from that case or boil down your summary of the case to two or three sentences as part of your scene setting. Follow your intro with a detailed outline of how you anticipate the rest of the paper will unfold; noting which of your sources you will deploy in which parts of the body of the paper will be very helpful to you as you go forward.
