History of aircraft carrier's topic on attached outline.

Overview

Format the entire paper’s layout using one-inch margins (top, bottom, left, and right). Align the text flush left, double-spaced, using 12-point Times New Roman font. By default, Microsoft Word inserts an additional space between paragraphs – be sure to remove this. The entire paper must be double-spaced. All pages should include the page number, flush right, in the top margin of the paper. Indent the first line of each paragraph seven spaces (one-half of one inch), or simply use the tab key. Either method of indentation is acceptable. However, use the chosen method consistently! Furthermore, only insert one space following punctuation marks (i.e., periods, question marks, exclamation marks, etc.) at the end of a sentence. Using one space makes it easier for others to read the paper. All essays will include a properly formatted title page and reference page. See Appendix for an example. Do not include a running head for the essay and do not include an abstract for SEA papers. Using the above formatting guidelines, will focus the reader on the headings used in the message.1.
