Post ID: 1368656
Overview
- Using the Character of a Leader document, spend 15 minutes thinking of all the character elements you can that a leader might possess.
- Spend 15 minutes thinking of qualities. Write down any quality, whether it is good or bad even if you sit staring at your computer screen.
- Think of leaders you know personally.
- Next, read through your list of characteristics. In the chart:
- Identify those that are good (it is possible some characters are both good and bad, so just go with your gut).
- Identify those that are bad (it is possible some characters are both good and bad, so just go with your gut).
- Identify whether you believe each to be a Christian character trait.
- With clear, insightful critical thinking, answer the following questions:
- Compare and contrast the character of good and bad leaders from your document. What is the relationship between character and quality of leader?
- Identify and explain the differences between honesty and integrity. Discuss why both are important traits to have as part of an ethical framework? Provide a detailed evaluation and support your position with at least two references from scholarly sources.
