You will argue for the Defendants, and chose one argument to write a paragraph.
2. Write a summary of (i) what your union does, (ii) who their members are, (iii) what are the requirements for membership; (iv) any other interesting points; and (v) also note if they have attempted to create special arrangements for smaller recordings or programming on the web. (half page)
