I'm working on a business law discussion question and need an explanation and answer to help me learn.
Do you agree with the general rules you've learned this week about when parties to contracts are allowed to delegate their duties and/or assign their benefits? Why or why not? If you think the preexisting rules are sufficient and/or beneficial, provide example of a positive result of these results. If you would change these rules and think they are lacking, provide an example of a negative consequence of having them.
