Overview
(1) Choose two employment laws and examine the impact of each law on human resources management (HRM). Support your response with specific examples of each selected law's impact on HRM.
(2) Access Walmart's Global Statement of Ethics. Discuss who the key stakeholders are and their corresponding responsibilities. Assume you are the Chief Ethics Officer for Walmart responsible for enforcing the company's ethics policy. Identify 2-3 ideas you and your ethics team might incorporate to ensure all stakeholder (not just employers and managers) responsibilities are met.
