Overview
Reports are summaries of the information presented in each video, web site and/or article(s)
identified in the assignment. A report is not your reaction to the material, it is a summary of
the information presented in the material. If you wish to add personal comments, do so at
the end of the report but do not include your comments in the required word count.
Each assigned video, web site or article is reported separately. Reports must be a minimum
250 words; lesser word counts are only acceptable if the assignment notes a lesser amount.
Use prose and follow the rules of grammar. Keep in mind that 250 words is a minimum
requirement; writing more than the minimum can improve scores.
Document the word count at the beginning or end of each report. Each report should be
titled to indicate the video or article on which the report is being written and should include
the word count.

You can use the following as a guide for formatting reports. This template is placed in
a table for readability only.
Title: “Good Business: Why Placing Ethics Before Profit Pays Off”

Report: Write the report in accordance with the instructions above.
Any other written work assigned should also be included in this one file.
If asked to write about web sites, internet research, court cases, or any other online research,
do not cut and paste. Use your own words to summarize or discuss the information as
required in the assignment. Always use complete sentences and proper grammar. If the
URL does not open from the assignment file, try pasting the URL into your browser and
reach the web site that way
