Overview
In this chapter, the topic of capacity is the primary focus. When answering the questions the terms we have learned so far are lack of capacity, the capacity of minors, minors' right to disaffirm, period of minority, emancipation, time of disaffirmance, ratification, duties upon disaffirmance, the effect of misrepresentation of age, theory of incapacity with mentally impaired persons, proof for mental incapacity, and contracts of intoxicated persons.
