Think about whether it was ethical for Jammie Thomas to download songs without paying for them and then share them. Keep in mind that a jury found that it was illegal for her to do that. Do you think it was ethical for the Recording Industry Association of America to bring these lawsuits against her? Keep in mind that it was certainly legal for them to do so.
