Overview
For this week's assignment, please do the following:
- Watch the 1995 Pepsi commercial below.
- Read the Fact Pattern Download Fact Patternand decide whether you will act as the attorney for Leonard or the attorney for Pepsi. *Fun fact: this case inspired a recent Netflix documentary called "Pepsi, Where's my Jet?" If saw it, you probably already have an opinion :)
- Select and complete one of the Questionnaires (Plaintiff or Defendant) following the Fact Pattern. I have attached a pdf and word version below the video - please use whichever one is easier for you.
