The Assignment
The Student will:
Identify of the provisions in a contract you or a family member are a party to, regarding
a. alternative dispute resolution,
b. choice-of- law,
c. insurance,
d. indemnity, and
d. venue,
as shown by written review of a sample contract (to which you or a family member is a party).

Step 1 - Chose a contract Step 2 - Highlight the appropriate provisions - Note any comments you may have of each provision Step 3 - Write the paper - suggested outline
Your Term Paper should have 7 paragraphs of about 100 words per paragraph (not counting the pasted clauses) and the cut and paste clauses from the contract
B. Main Section
Use subheadings for each provision (listed above), include the language of the provision in italics In complete sentences, add a paragraph commenting on your observations and assessment of the language of the provision C. Conclusion Write a paragraph or two summarising your views of this contract as it relates to the provisions you analysed.
