Classifications of Laws and the Workplace
This week we learned there are four primary ways to classify laws:
Substantive Law
Procedural Law
- Civil Law
- Criminal Law
- For this assignment - For each classification, provide two ways in which the classification can "play out" within your place of work, or at a given company/corporation of your choosing:
- For each response that you provide, include at least one external reference to support your claims (you should have a minimum of eight references);
Personal experience and real-world examples (with PII redactions as necessary) are welcomed; and
Conclude each response with a possible, or actual consequence. In other words, if an event happened that was deemed a procedural case, what could be the possible consequences or outcomes of the case
