1. Analyze the specific differences in details required to form a binding contract in common law and the UCC - provide examples.
2. What are the differences in performance to resolve a common law contract and a UCC contract?
3. How do breaches differ in a common law contract versus a UCC contract?
4. Are there remedies? Identify how they would apply to breaches and who (parties to a common law contract or UCC contract) can take advantage of them.
