- you use, but you should create a bibliography and cite your sources for facts you state. 3. Submit your paper to Canvas by 11:59 p.m. on the date indicated in the syllabus. Please submit your paper as a Word document (not PDF). Remember that I do not allow use of any AI, even things like Grammarly, when writing this paper and I will certainly be checking for it. If in doubt, check with me before using. Submissions that are determined to largely not be your own work will not be given full credit (or may be given no credit). Submissions where it is determined that AI was used will be considered plagiarized and will not be given any credit (and I will consider reporting to the University for further disciplinary action).
4. This paper is worth 30% of your grade. You will not be graded on grammar, spelling, punctuation. However, those aspects should always be polished as mark of professionalism. Further, to the extent errors in these inhibit the clarity or readability of your writing (if errors are so extreme that I cannot understand what you are saying), that may have a negative effect on your grade. I will correct these as a matter of courtesy and to give students an opportunity to learn, but it is a good skill to learn for yourself.
