Overview
M4ECLetty, Brian, Han, Dominic, and Gisele loved driving around town fast and furious. If one happened to be speeding and noticed an officer or a state trooper they would send signals to others to make them aware. One day, Han called Dominic and informed him of a new movie Han wanted to go see. Dominic also wanted to see the movie and told Han he would pick him up on his way to the movie theater. Unfortunately while Dominic was on his way to pick up Han, he was seriously injured in an automobile accident. His wife, Letty, was Spanish and spoke little English. She needed help communicating with Dominic's doctor and hired an interpreter, Elena. Elena worked with the family for many years and eventually assisted with the family finances and other matters.
Around 2015, Letty felt comfortable in her speaking skills and handling family matters. She fired Elena and subsequently they signed an agreement where Letty and Dominic would pay Elena $375,000 "for the work she performed for them." Elena was never paid the money and she subsequently sued Letty and Dominic for the money.
