There have been many recent incidents where people have been injured because of alleged faulty products in their automobiles.
For this discussion you will answer the following:
- Evaluate the ethical issues you see with Amazon's third-party programs and where liability for defective products should rest.
- Locate a case dealing with a product liability issue and briefly summarize the case and its outcome. Try to find a unique case that others may not use/find, and it cannot be an article; it must be the actual court case.
- Include the exact link for the case you located. (*Remember link should take us to the exact location on where you found the case. Failure to provide the link or if you provide an inaccessible link will cause you to lose points.)
