Overview
Instituting changes in an organization rarely comes without impacts on multiple parts of the organization. At this point in your capstone project, you should have an idea of which parts of the organization will be impacted. For this assignment, you will submit a short update (1 page) on your Capstone Project that shows your progress.
Explain where you are with the following components:
- Are there personnel and human resources concerns to address?
- Do people need to be trained?
- Are there financial and budget concerns?
- Will a funding source need to be identified?
Remember that you will need to include all of these components in your final project.
