Overview

• Your team will draft a crisis plan to deal with the impending protest. Depending on your level of government, the plan should address the following topics:
• Does there need to be communication with state government officials to assist?
• What are your plans for addressing the community organization?
• Your plan should identify 2-3 ways to address the situation.In addition to developing the possible ways to address the situation, your team should conduct a SWOT analysis for the situation that focuses on one of the options. Think about ways that this crisis will affect your organization and if there is any way to turn a negative situation into a positive one.By the end of this discussion, the team should have developed a crisis plan and SWOT analysis.
