Overview
our team will need to create a presentation of your OPE plan for the executive staff of your organization. Each member of your team should have a role in creating the presentation by either writing, creating graphics, or narrating. Your presentation should include the following:
- Your office's mission, vision, and purpose
- Human resources needs and plan
- Budget plan with brief justifications
- You do not need to justify every item for this presentation—just give an overview.
- Technology plan
- Communication plan
- Share what was included in your press release and Tweet
- Crisis plan and SWOT analysis
As a team, you can choose how you want to create this presentation. You may choose one of the following options or use whatever other tool you want as long as it can be easily shared with the other teams:
