Overview
Need help updating the handbook? I need to revise the table of contents and make it more detailed. It’s a good start, but it feels too vague. I want to add sub-headers under each main section (no page numbers needed) so employees know what falls under each category — for example, under II. General Policies and Practices, adding EEO, ADA, sexual harassment, etc.
I also need to add:
- Sections for ADA and PWDCRA
- A section on child labor, forced labor, and human trafficking
- Client-specific rules (rules for employees on assignment, conflict resolution when client policies differ, what to do if unsafe or discriminatory behavior occurs at a client site, reporting obligations)
- Michigan ESTA-accurate sick time language
- Corrected CA sick time usage (should be 90 days, not 120)
A lot of the content is outdated and could be condensed and reorganized into the proper sections. Some formatting is still off, but the header/footer cannot be changed.
