I have an assignment for my Strategic Management course. The task is to evaluate and recommend a strategic management plan for a company using the provided strategy worksheets.
I selected Avilease, a Saudi aircraft leasing company, as our focus. We already started filling in parts of the worksheet, but I now need the full assignment completed from scratch — including all worksheets and the executive summary — according to the official guidelines.

Deliverables required:
- Complete all worksheets in detail for Avilease based on research and analysis.
- Write a ~1000-word executive summary outlining findings and strategic recommendations for Avilease’s operations in Saudi Arabia.
- Include proper referencing and a reference list in APA or Harvard style.
- Ensure the report links to course frameworks like PESTEL, Porter’s Five Forces, and RBV (VRIO/VRIN).
